The website is owned and managed by a company called 'Sciteline.' You can read Sciteline's 'Terms and Privacy Policy' here using the link provided below.

By clicking "submit" and answering our questions, you consent to authorized NLHS staff:

storing any information you provide within the Sciteline website for a period of 12 years;
seeing the information you provide to see if you can participate in research studies; and, if so,
contacting you to tell you about these studies.

Allowing authorized NLHS staff to see your personal health information and contact you for a research study is completely voluntary. If you are contacted to participate for a research study, it is entirely up to you whether to participate or not. If you decide not to participate, there will be no change to your current or future medical or health care.
